Pre-order question

Just had a reply to my webnote saying "if you were eligible for the RAM it would have added to the order during the offer period."

So if the ram was on the page listed as a free item before and after I ordered, why would my order not be eligible? I am confused :)
 
Further update to the webnotes, a very nice chap named Matt appears to be sorting this out for me. Got to love OCUK customer service. Maybe I should be sending them Harribo :D

Now I really should start looking for a bigger power supply than my Corsair Hx 520, going to pop it with 2 x 290's xD
 
520w will definitely be pushing it :D was using a 750w psu with 2x 290xs and that was on the cusp of not being enough - any over clock would make it crash
