pre ordered of a monitor without arrival

I pre ordered a monitor 2 months ago and I still haven't got any delay or response from Overclockers. The monitor is gigabyte g34wqc 144hz 34inch freesync/gsync. Is it normal of an item to not be restocked after such a long time?
