Pre Overclocked Bundle

I bought a pre overclocked bundle last week for my first build and for some reason assumed it was clocked, but when i look in CPU-Z and "system ( under control panel" it says it is at its stock level. Do i need to preset it? :confused:

Totally baffled as to what has happened >.<

Intel speedstep throttles your CPU when idle. Put it under load and look at it again.

If it's pre-clocked, won't they have turned speedstep off?
