Pre-Purchase help needed

I stumbled on this ram while checking for low CAS latency ddr2 ram and stumbled upon this.

it says its C4 and 4-4-4-12 timings but when googleing the same model number it shows it to have timings of 5-5-5-15

Iwas wondering if this will be shipped with the 4-4-4-12 timings or will it arrive at 5-5-5-15 and i'd have to adjust myself?

I done a check and it's 4-4-4-12.

The C4 at the end of the speed rating is a little hint

If it was 5-5-5-15 it would be C5
