Saw Wimbledon beat a Fulham XI yesterday. Pretty strong line up from Fulham, with Stockdale, Baird, Halliche, Murphy, Hughes, Riise, all playing. Dons won 2-0 with Brett Johnson and Ademeno scoring. We're looking in pretty good shape despite losing Kedwell and Gregory, new signings were all decent. Best young player on the park was Brendan Kiernan, wasnt really impressed with the younger fulham players except maybe Frei. Dalla Valle looks a bit overrated and cant see him doing much in the prem.

Really liked Brett Johnson when he played a season for us. Determined and enthusiastic player - glad to see he's back in the football league.

We start our pre-season off away at Tonbridge Angels next weekend... Although he do play Stoke at home at some point, so we might get to see a few recognisable faces!

Thanks for this thread.

No problem. :)

Shame all of ours are on MUTV. I was hoping for at least one on Sky Sports or ESPN.

Not sure sky would broadcast these games at weird times. No one would be watching them live.

Kinda sad I wont be able to watch the Barca match live as its on a work night. :( Good thing MUTV repeat games 5602 times.

Can't wait to see Henry play against Arsenal. :)

Brett Johnson has been quality for us, such an inspired signing! Outlasted several CB partners and partnership with Stuart this season looks like it has massive potential.

Surprised you let Chris Bush go btw, we had him on loan last season and he's a great full back, very attack minded, strong, good height, skillful.. seems he went as you couldn't guarantee him any football, but will be a great signing for us and will end up in league one or higher in a few years.

Everyone seemed to regard Chris Bush as a pretty talented defender, however I think he made the correct choice. I imagine the the money both our teams offered him was about the same, and being a second or third choice full back in league one is never as good as a first choice full back in league two.

So you guys have quite a few of our better younger players now! How's Seb Brown doing? Always thought he looked a very promising goalkeeper.

Interested in seeing if Miyaichi is as good as those crazy Dutch say. Is there anywhere other than Arsenal.com I can watch this? I don't have a membership, unless I can just buy the game for £1 or something.
