I think I can stretch the budget to around £1300.

Should I be looking at overclocking an i7 or is AMD's just as good?

Intel are marginally better amd is good bang for buck as they say but here an intel build with a 120gb ssd added and the card you wanted, i put the gainward one in last time as it wasnt on weekly deals

you could easily hit your budget buy removing the ssd but for gaming and boot times there awsome
