Prebuilt rig not working

Ah well ive got work tomorrow so cant spend all night on this, im gonna box it all up and request an RMA

Spoke to the support guys via RMA webform and they asked if i would like a refund or a repair. Im gonna go for the refund and probably just buy the components next time and get a friend to build it. I know i will miss out on the 12 month warranty of a prebuilt rig but i should still be able to get support if any of the components go wrong. Hopefully this can be sorted soon so i can decide and get my new rig up and working.

RMA sorted and getting a refund. Hopefully my next order will be more successful. Thanks to all who gave advice or wished me luck
