Prebuilt System OC not showing in Windows

I've raised a support ticket via the website as well but i'm wondering if any of you can help as I am not expecting a response until tomorrow.

I've received a prebuilt system that should be overclocked to 4GHz.

When in the BIOS it's displaying as 4GHz, but when I get to Windows and open System Properties it's reading "i7 950 3.07GHz 2.66GHz".

Any ideas?

Thanks guys I just checked the BIOS again and noticed the name of the same reading 3.07GHz still, but the clock speed being correct at 4GHZ.

Thanks all, I checked using RealTemp and as expected it was running at 4HZ, my mistake
