Hey! So a pre-built PC I bought from overclockers that came with a Corsair H80i has sprung a leak. Breaking the PSU and GPU, and I'm not sure of what else yet.

The problem is, I bought the PC over 2 years ago and I'm not sure what the warranty policy was back then, as such I don't know if it's better just to contact Corsair instead. I'm just wondering if anyone with more knowledge than I could point me in the right direction?

Cheers!

I would contact the people you purchased it from, but I fear 2 years might be stretching it with regards to a full warranty.

Corsair AIO's have a 5 year warranty, which bodes well for a new cooler though.

Hi and welcome to the forums. Sorry it's not on a more happier occassion though.

I believe Corsair operates on a case by case basis with regards to components ruined by one of their coolers leaking. Try posting a thread in the customer service section on here as MrMD suggests but I reckon your best bet is Corsair after all this time. We have a Corsair rep on here that goes by the name of Greybeard that may be of assistance to you. Configure your trust a drop him a message.

I had a H100 that leaked after about 2 years of service, luckily it wasn't bad enough to damage other components but the pump in the cooler was toast. I contacted Corsair and they couldn't have been more helpful. They had a replacement H100i out to me before I had finished talking to the nearly!
