Can this be used for any graphics card? Would like something more user friendly than MSI Afterburner.

It can, im using now for my gtx 670 MSi now.

I prefer Precision X to Afterburner. Seems a little easier to use, and looks better. I did struggle to adjust my GPU voltage earlier though, but found EVGA Voltage Tuner in the Start menu as a separate program.

But since EVGA only make Nvidia cards I don't expect Precision X will work with AMD cards, will it?

Seems to be ok so far
