As an X34P owner I can say defiantly, the Predator monitors have served me very well.
The only reason I would think twice at that price point would be if you're planning to upgrade to 32 inch 4k monitors in the future.

I personally think the 27inch 1440p experience is exactly what I want, and the Predator series delivers.

I was going to get this and save up for proper HDR one in the future. Thanks for the heads up on the IPS version I'm guessing.
