Rover416i, 1997 BMW 750iL with a mates rate LPG conversion. He will own it for 7 hours before it forces him to declare himself bankrupt.

i found a 500bhp golf 4 V6 earlier and it was only €25,000.
i think it's quite good vfm for what is an ultimate sleeper. totally stock on the outside, but has 2 turbos and a vmax of 307 km/h courtesy of HGP which costs €35,000

probably, but blowing away anything this side of a ferrari in a poxy hatchback is worth 20 grand to me :p

considering it has absolutely no aero mods i think it's pretty impressive
Auto Motor und Sport ran an article on it years ago comparing it with an MTM A8, Brabus Maybach, Alpina B7 and a bi-engine 9ff on the nardo track

I'd only ever buy a newage NSX and atm they're £30k, so that's pretty much nail in the coffin!

I think it's more likely I'll stick to company cars and get a 5/330D or maybe even try a Merc.

Bargain its only 2500 quid WHY DOES ANYONE EVER BUY A FIESTA

Ahh, but it isn't a bargain. You could have a E38 for that ;).

But seriously, if the LPG conversion has been done to a good standard, that E32 could be a nice buy. I'm willing to bet the electrics in a comparable £2,500 Mondeo would be more complex, and if you get over the 'OMG, V12' thing, although being rather costly to put right, good M70s are as reliable as they come.
