predictive text for disabled person (on windows)

I installed a PC for a disabled woman who can hardly move she has some 500 year old software that happened to work on W7, however I cannot help feel there must be some newer software available, I doubt its learning or taking context into account as it trys (and fails) to guess what she is trying to type... watching her try and type she is lucky to save 1 key press per word...
 
Depending on her disability you could try something like Dragon Naturally Speaking you can pretty much control all apsects of windows (i.e. open explorer navigate to C:\) etc.

Might be worth a look.

would be fine only I forgot to add she cannot speak....
