Premiere Pro - The red line that you drag along the time line is capped to how freely it can move - is there any way i can disable this?
at the top of the red line where the blue arrow thing is next to that there is a small line that restricts how i can move the red line - how do i make this shorter or better get rid of it compleatly thanks
