Premiere Pro VST directory - not picking up on Program Files\Steinberg?

I've got a bunch of VST plugins sitting in c:\program Files (x86)\Steinberg\ that aren't being detected by Premiere Pro. I know in things like Audition and other DAW apps you can specify what directories to look in for plugins, but there doesn't seem to be any such option in PPro.

I've tried reinstalling the whole app, but it refuses to detect them. Any ideas?

Odd one that, it should pick up on them... what version of Premiere Pro are you using?

CS4. I've decided to get around the problem by processing my voiceover audio offline (in audition) and then just using Sidekick in PPro for ducking. Which is a shame, because I can't tweak on the fly now
