Premium for elite?

Hey guys, does anyone know of a place where i can trade my premium xbox for an elite? a supervisor said that was the best thing to do (after my original xbox's breaking), so does anyone have any answers?

Sorry mate dont want to be picky or do someone else job but I'd edit out those two competitors, dont want you getting a slap wrist after a few days of joining
