preorders and overdues?

whats the waiting times for orders when something is out of stock and on preorder?

as some things say overdue on certain products? can it take a long time

It depends on the nature of the delay. in terms of out of stock, if OcUK have sold out its usually back in within 2-3 working days. Overdue stock, well id say a week probably. Pre-order depends on the release date, they know when they're comming but maybe unable to inform the public due to NDA restrictions. It really all depends on the product and the circumstances and most of the time that isnt know to customers.

As a rule. If you have your heart set on a particular part then try and be patient, if you want something decent but not a particular product then choose something else available.

You can always give them a call or a webnote, they have been very helpful to me.
