preowned modnation racers vita - can i still earn trophies?

hi all

as per the title has anyone bought it pre owned ans managed to still earn trophies. i know that some games like mvc3 stop you if you arent first owner.

They don't stop you, you just have to wipe the saved data on the cart, you do this by deleting the bubble the first time it installs, then you can earn trophies as normal.
