Prescott Temp Question

I have managed to get my Prescott 3.0 temp down to about 40oc Idle and around 48oc with a load is this ok??, has anybody got their lower without water cooling?

Thats quite cool for a prescott.
But if you're not overclocking it, why make an effort to lower the temps?

Its not to bad TBH, the heatsink i have is Gigabyte which is 90% copper, and it does have decent fan built into centre of heatsink.

With my Scythe Ninja and CPU at stock i get idle of 31C and load of 39C
