Preview and full screen

So this is a little annoying problem I can't seem to solve.

When I full screen a PDF the first page displays as one page, which is all good. How ever when i go to the next page 2+3 it displays then next to each other. Which I really don't want. Any ideas on how to make them display as single pages ?

Like this:

Go full screen with Preview, move pointer to top to show menu bar.

Then View > Single Page.

DOH!!! im a div, cheers Shiver! I thought that was the case but when i tried it before i couldn't select it. turns out i was selecting slideshow. like a ****

edit : While we're at it, what is the shortcut for that, i've always wandered what button the ^ is ?

Shortcut for it is cmd 2 (⌘ 2)

^ is ctrl
