Previous IP's

Evening,

I need to do some work on my desktop pc from my lap top but I have stupidly forgot to write down my home ip so i can connect from here.

Is there any way of me finding from a log or something some where that would have stored it.

I am using Net Support Manager software but the log for that only shows me the internal ip's i was using when i was testing it .

Any ideas guys.

Unless you know the IP address then your not going to get in. You should have sent up a static address with an external url pointer.

I know but will the ip's be logged anywhere on my lap top?

If you have a website and have accessed it from home recently have a look in the visitor logfiles

Is there no one at home you can call to check for you? Is there any net program you use that keeps access logs. Such as emails forums etc??
