Good afternoon all - cant believe its been so long, but, back in Dec 2017 I came on here to seek advice on a PC build, yes, kids are still around..... however, I did learn how to change what the power button does when pressed :D! Subsequently purchased the items and built the system previous post

I went with:
  • AMD Ryzen 5 six core 1600
  • Gigabyte GA-AB350 Gaming 3 motherboard
  • ID-Cooling FrostFLow 240 CPU cooler
  • Asus GTX1070 Dual OC card
  • Cougar GX V3 600W power supply
  • 2x 8gb DDR PC4-2400 Team Group Night Hawk RGB RAM
It has been absolutely faultless. Unfortunately though, with windows stopping support for WIN10 and my system not being able to support WIN11, I find myself looking to upgrade. The above still works fine for me, small amount of gaming and AutoCAD/Revit work, nothing strenuous, although think I should stick in some more RAM.

In terms of budget, I don't have much. I'd like to reuse as much as possible, what are peoples thoughts?

Cheers Chris
