Previously good RAM no longer works at XMP

As it says above really. My 3600 CL16 Corsair ram was working fine until I changed the GPU (from MSI 3070 to Gigabyte 3080). On power up it tried to post and then went straight to f1 failure and BIOS. I changed all settings to default and fine. Tried XMP again and no post. It will reach 3200 stable and 3330 unstable but anything else won't post. I'm at a loss as it was previously fine. I've reinstalled the latest BIOS (same version as previously), re-seated and tried and tested each stick individually. Just can't work it out.

CPU is 5600x
Mobo Rog Strix B550 F Gaming
750 Gold PSU (new)
Ram Corsair 3600 CL 16-19-19-36

Any help appreciated.

Try setting the values manually and adding more voltage your good up to 1.45v
