Prey Achievements

Demo is coming out on thursday apparently according to most 360 sites. Give or take 2yrs I say. I still have pc magazines dating back from when Prey switched from the Quack2 engine to the Unreal one!
 
Well, it's out in 23 days (I believe) and I ordered it around 3 hours ago via Gameplay. Really looking forward to this, regardless of whether the demo is good or bad (I've learned my lessons from Demo's!).

It's not too hard to sell games on either.

Cant say Ive even heard of this, will give the demo a shot but arent planning on buying any games for the next month of two really unless something special comes out.

Games on the horizon Im looking out for are Gears of War, Saints Row, Splinter Cell and Pro Evo. Havent seen much else, although I must admit I dont really spend any time looking into games that are coming out.

Haven't HEARD of it!? It's been in production aslong as Duke Nukem Forever! (well, nearly), but I believe it's been in production for something like 7 or 8 years, it kept getting delayed and then made under a new engine.

I pre-ordered 9 games last night, all of which I really want. Oddly, I am most looking forward to Viva Pinata from the ones I pre-ordered too.
 
Like I said, I dont really pay all that much attention to things that are in the pipeline or up and coming. Things come out, and I buy them on the spur of the moment. Thats how it works for me. I dont visit any gaming sites and dont read any magazines, so people wittering about things on here is where I hear about things.

Me too, for the most part - unless i know im excited about an upcoming game, like Halo 3 - a possible Ninja Gaiden 2
 
Fearing Davey's wrath...

Never got on with Ninja Gaiden at all, so cant see myself buying a follow up. Really wasnt impressed by it although maybe I didnt give it enough of a chance but just seemed very dull to me.

Cant say I ever got on too well with Halo either. Was just another FPS to me, nothing special. Will probably pick up Halo 3 at some point, but cant say its a must have for me like it seems to be for a lot of people.

Played it back in the days when I had a "special" Xbox and Im the first to admit that you dont give games the attention they sometimes deserve when the situation is like that. Have lent the Xbox to a mate so cant even whack it on just to have a quick go now.

Do the Ninja Gaidens work on the 360? Might pick one up from eBay as all Xbox games go for peanuts now and give it a whirl.
 
afaik yea they do (not sure about black actually)- i also have a "special" xbox and 100% agree with that statement, ive barely touched games that are supposidly awesome because of it
 
That demo better impress. I bought Halo2 after being caught up in the Halo3 trailer hype, and I've hardly played the game because in all honesty, its just another fps with crap aliens. Yes I've hardly played it, but it hardly created a good first impression.

Hope the Prey demo is actually half decent and not bugged for once.

I wasn't too impressed with Halo 2 either, however, I love Halo.
