Prey: re-sale/gift question: activation ?

will it be possible to give away my copy of Prey to friends ect....or sell a copy of Prey once it has been activated ?

The Devs said they have scrapped the 'activation' thing due to the problems. Check out their forums.

i did look on their forums but came up with zero results about verification, if it is def dropped then i will pre-order it asap for 20 quid in v.a.t and free delivery- thanks for your positive reply.
