Price check please Intel Pentium D 960 new.

I assume this is permitted witin the rules. Not asking for any shops to be posted, just a price. Just wondering what a reasonable price is for a new Intel Pentium D 960.

Is there much of a speed difference between a 3.2ghz and 3.6ghz Intel Pentium D. I want to give my computer a small amount of extra life before a complett system rebuild and this seems the best short team upgrade path.
