Price drop on pre-ordered RAM (problem)

Okay so yesterday i made an order on some ddr3 ram from overclockers for £32.99 which is cheap, it was only pre order and eta is Friday. Now today i see the ram has dropped down to £25.99 still only pre-order and not in a this week only sale. As my ram has not been sent out is there a way to have overclockers re-fund the difference or let me cancel and re-order with the cheaper price as its not despatched for another couple of days at the least?

Just wondering peoples thoughts on this, is it fair to ask the above or is it tough luck to me for ordering early?
 
phone them or use the customer support forum.

they should sort you out, seen this before with items on the week special offers, and people getting annoyed because they purchased something a day before a significant price drop.
 
Never even noticed that part of the forum and i have been here years. I have made a post.
I could understand if it was now in a week offer or if it was not pre-order, but because its neither i feel it would be good to have at the lower price as technically i have not recieved a good yet and they have not sent it or done anything as its not in stock. I feel the cancel order should be able to be done in that case and ordered with new price?
 
Send a webnote. I did this for a similar situatin with amonitor that dropped by £8 between me ordering it nad it being sent (was a wait for stock). Had refund back in a day or so.

More top quality Customer Service from OcUK (plus the crazy deals Gibbo is coming up with)
