I'm having a debate on another forum (not related to computers or programming at all)
One guy is saying that his coder charges a different rate for coding html to coding css or php (html coding is cheaper than the other types)
The guy also says he doesn't class html as code because anyone can drag and drop in DW.
Now surely in something like this, it doesn't matter if you sit for an hour coding html or php or msql whatever, an hour of your time is an hour of your time.
What do you guys say? do you cahrge more for php, msql than you do for html? and surely these things all cross over anyway?
