could anyone explain how a monitor lets take for example an 24" acer g24 monitor which can be found online in usa for between $300-369 inc tax and shipping yet translates to the uk as £330-420 plus shipping.
i understand that suppliers/shops have to pay vat and overheads and profit margins but that seem like a huge amount of profit gained compared to the usa sellers? do they get their stock for free
why dont manufacturers charge roughly the same for products out of usa?
cant beleive it just about vat charges?
and yes i know people will say "thats just good old rip-off britain"
may be im just fussing over nothing
