I like to keep mine under 60c although Intel CPU's have a high thermal resistance so can safely run fairly hot. Anything under 70c will be OK though.
If you want to lower temps try cleaning the dust out the HSF and consider reseating it with Arctic Silver 5 thermal grease.
Also, you might want to trim your sig down to 4 lines otherwise you're gonna get a spanking!
