How the hell am i suppose to understand this? i do not understand what its saying to me about my processor.

Can you give us a bit more information, did you run the software and you have got an error message, can you upload a screen shot

Just run a torture test and choose small FFTs. If you can run it for a few hours without it giving you an error message, then your CPU is stable.

Just run it as long as your longest gaming session is ever going to be, 5-6 hours or so at most. Any more then that and its a waste, as your never really gonna push it that hard anyways.

I know, was just an example lol. No point running it for 10/20 hours if your only gonna use it at those speeds for 2h at a time tho
