Means your overclock isn't stable. You'll have to find out why - try MemTest to see if your RAM is ok, up the volts a little or back off the FSB a bit. After how long does it error on you?
FSB multiplied by CPU multiplier gives you your speed, so yes if your FSB is 370 and CPU multiplier is 10 it's 370x10 for 3700MHz. You probably just need a slight voltage tweak
yea gave it the next option up no errors yet been running for about 30minutes. I am going to run prime for about 8-10 hours. Then i think i might leave it as 3.7 Ghz is fast enough for me and allows me to run all my fans on low with temps of max 60 in prime.
Also been having few problems getting over 3.8 and the increase in Voltages is not worth the extra 0.1 Ghz. But after i have finished my exams i will try and get the CPU to 4.0 Ghz but not run it at that.
