Prime error?

Means your overclock isn't stable. You'll have to find out why - try MemTest to see if your RAM is ok, up the volts a little or back off the FSB a bit. After how long does it error on you?

I have upped my CPU V and NB as running 4 x 1GB

Ran e7400 on Prime @3 .6 that was 4hours 40mins no errors but that was with the same V as 3.7 will see if i get the error again.

New to overclocking is FSB the things you times it by? For example atm i have (10 x 370) so fsb 370?

FSB multiplied by CPU multiplier gives you your speed, so yes if your FSB is 370 and CPU multiplier is 10 it's 370x10 for 3700MHz. You probably just need a slight voltage tweak :)

yea gave it the next option up no errors yet been running for about 30minutes. I am going to run prime for about 8-10 hours. Then i think i might leave it as 3.7 Ghz is fast enough for me and allows me to run all my fans on low with temps of max 60 in prime.

Also been having few problems getting over 3.8 and the increase in Voltages is not worth the extra 0.1 Ghz. But after i have finished my exams i will try and get the CPU to 4.0 Ghz but not run it at that.

Will post if back if successful or error :)
