Prime video/Amazon prime

Are these two things different? Prime video is showing as being £12.99 a month where as Amazon prime is £7.99 a month. Do I get the same movies and TV shows with both? I cant see why anyone would pay £12.99 for just the TV part of Amazon.

I'm very confused.

I cant seem to find what TV stuff is missing from Amazon Prime compaired to Prime video.
