Prime95 Blend

I know it's recommended to run Small FFTs for 8 hours to test your CPU, but I'm planning on testing my memory after I overclock it with Blend, so I'm wondering how long should I run that test?

Blend runs both small and large FFT tests, if you're looking to test RAM more than just your CPU, just run large tests.

4hrs + should be enough for ram blend
if your ram and chipset voltages are wrong it will usually fail pretty quickly
withing 15 mins

Thanks. That and my GPU are my tasks for tomorrow. Just got my Q6600 stable in Prime95 for 8 hours at 3.24Ghz. For my first overclock, I'm very pleased!

nice what mobo are you using?
got my quad yesterday primed it at stock 1st for a few hours just to make sure
it's stable before i overclock it.

IP35 Pro. I'm quite sure I can get 3.4+, but my PWM temp gets too high. I'm considering getting a 40mm fan for it. But I doubt I'll notice any 'real-world' difference at 3.4+, so maybe I'll just stay content with 3.2+
