Prime95 problem

I have a Q6600 running in an Asus P5ke with bios 0906, when I try and run the blend test in prime95, all four worker threads don't even start they just say "Cannot initialize FFT code, errcode=1005". However both small and large FFts still work normally.

Q6600 3Ghz 1.29vcore under load
2x1Gb Crucial Ballistix Tracer 1066Mhz at 2.2v
Everything else is at default/stock

Anyone got any ideas?!?!?

no it failed all the tests, then I updated the bios from 050?? to 0906 and it works on 2/3
