Prime95/stress test - quick question

Not yet got as far as using it, but when I do should i be in front of the PC to monitor it or is it fairly safe to leave it to do its thing?
 
Well personally I tweak it until it seems stable and then leave it running all day while I'm at work. If it's still running when I get back 9 hours later its stable! :)
