I have and the wife loves it. Can't say it does anything for me though and it is tender for a week or so after getting it done - wouldn't say it was painful though. It can be a good talking point if conversation dries up though!

I have no idea why people get this done but hey you have to have balls of steel to go through with it I guess. I couldn’t do this to my dude.
This reminded me though of a night out a long time ago where I was needing a dump. I walked into the toilet just as one guy stood next to another who was already having a wee started to wee covering the guy next to him in ****. It was so funny the guy was spraying everywhere shouting sorry man I’ve got my piecing in. The guy covered in pee with people laughing took this very badly (being drunk doesn’t help i guess) and a fight broke out (it was a very one sided beating really). At this point I couldn’t hold it in and run into the loo to take the much needed dump. The bouncers came into sort out the fight and all I could hear is the drunk guy shouting this freak ****** all over me(from what i heard the bouncers didnt touch him just escorted him to the door). All night long it was the story that everyone was laughing about. So the advice here is make sure if you get this done to have the right type of piecing in on a night out lol. The dungeon did attract all types of strange people thou glad i’ve only been there a few times.
