Print off syntax highlight'ed code?

Quite often I find myself wanting to print off code, complete with its syntax highlighting (i.e. its colours).

But dreamweaver doesn't allow this, it always prints the code off in black and white...

What programs do allow it? It needs to be for php, but javascript would be a bonus.
