Print Screen Error.

hey guys, not a very interesting subject i'm afraid but i recently got a 2407 and now i've got a 2405 running along side it.



when i hit print screen and try pasting into photoshop or irfanview or even paint it just displays a black 3840*1200 black thing that has a few random coloured pixels where icons are despite my background being green leaves.


is there a fix to this or is it just something that windows XP was not designed to do with 2 monitors?

humm you don't have any videos playing do you or anything that would use overlays?

no videos - no programs running at all except those lil ones in the back ground.


i do have windowsblinds running but that never stopped me taking a screenshot when i had one monitor so don't know if that'd be the problem now i have 2.


i can't figure it out and i've searched google and no one has come up with a answer than makes sense.
