Printscreen has stopped working all of a sudden. When I press the printscreen button, it seems to work, but then when I try and paste it into photoshop there is no option to paste. If I try and paste it into paint, it says "error getting data from clipboard" If I look at the clipbook viewer it says "Clipbook viwer cannot display the information in its current format or there is no enough momory to display it. Quit one or more applications to increase the available memory, and then try again." I have plenty of ram left. The only thing that has changed recently, is that I had to install .net framework 1.1. Would this affect it?

What do you mean by "it seems to work"? As far as I am aware, pressing the Print Screen button gives no indication as to whether it's worked or not.

What version of Windows are you running?

Got it sorted now. Ive unistalled .net 1.1 and restarted the computer. What I meant by 'it seems to work' is that the cursor dissapears for a split second when you press the print screen button, which indicated that the keyboard was at least responding to the command. And im running XP SP2. Not that that matters, as its working again now. Now I just need to get my phone connected without using software that needs .net.

that's odd. i have .net 1.1 installed and everything works ok here.... :p

edit: have you installed the the .net 1.1 sp1 update? :)

I downloaded a small program called "ScreenPrint32" by Provtech Ltd.

It's good, it allows you to continually push the print screen button and it automatically saves a copy each time.

I've set mine to save print screen as a JPEG, there are other settings and of course the good thing is you don't have to open a host program, like word to paste each time.

It's free too :)
