Print Screen issue

hey all,

I've got a user who uses his print screen function a lot.

He has just complained to me that when he pastes the image it comes out black.

It looks like it is showing the images in it's negative values.

Any body got any idea why???

sadly it looks the same no matter what it's pasted into.

The user now tells me that yesterday, while trying to print screen, his machine said he was out of memory. He then closed a few apps and manged to print screen OK.

I've checked his RAM and page file and both are at company standard.

Install Screenhunter (free version - google it!).

Way better than print screen ........

Not a solution - more a better alternative. Configure Screenhunter to activate on print screen too.... :)
 
I rebooted the machine before I started this thread and it made no difference.

Strangely, I reboot his machine again this morning (as our users have a habit of never turning their machine off) and it's working fine!!!

How odd..

Anyway, cheers for the suggestions guys.
