I have two servers, one of which is a primary print server and maybe 5-10 printers are added to it every week along with other driver/port changes to existing printers.

Is there any easy way to incrementaly copy these printers over to a second server? I.e, only take new printers or printers with config changes? MS Print Migration tool is OK but I don't want to be migrating all printers across every time (especially as there are 800 printers on there).

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. As I said unfortunately print migrator only lets you migrate anything, I really need a tool that will work like an incremental backup.

Its for the document management software we use. Over 120 locations across Europe, Latin America and Asia (thank god the US have a seperate solution :P) printing manufacturing and sales documents constantly! Nightmare

veritos crapup exec? wont the system state have the registry and printer bits in? - maybe need IDR as well to get a fully working server from a failed one...

Opps didn't read the last line about the MS one.

Not sure if any other tools would do the job. How about taking an image say once a month?
