So a friend of mine printed off a trigger mod for a flight stick but it came out a little rough as it's a fairly low'ish end printer.

The triggers are about 2 inches long and each has 2 x pieces to them.

Left is my friends print job, Right is the pic edited to what I would actually like the end result to be, I have an earlier print and sanding didn't really help it look/feel better.

Are there any print services in the UK, Not for ludicrously high prices, That could do the below job on the right ?

Your mate could print with a smaller layer height, does it come as a single print in place job, or 2 parts that fit together, which is how it looks?
Maybe print it in a different orientation?

I've been looking at those for my VKB's as well.
Aside from using a smaller nozzle, a better printer or ideally done in resin, perhaps use a filament that hides layer lines well. Something like a CF/GF or matte filament.

If you wanna send me the files, I can do them in PETG-CF (black) and send you a few if they turn out well. Don't see why they wouldn't.

Separate files for different pieces.

Send you a link with the print files.

Resin will get the quality, but it's not great touching it unless you prepare it properly. It can also be quite brittle depending on which product you use. I was going to offer up giving it a go, but only have PLA+ which is probably not the best product for a functional part.

PETG would be ok, but ABS would be the best choice.

I would also say the problem is the printer settings, check out some parts my wife printed using the A1 mini, a £169 printer.
