We have some network printers at work and I am trying to use the more effectively.
Currently if someone wants to connect to the Printer we go over log in as admin add the TCP/IP port of the printer and install it.
What I would like is for all the printers to be available to all and they just select the one they would like to print to.
While looking in the settings for one of the printers I found this:
Also the option to disable or enable "bonjour", but what is it?
