I just built my dad a new pc and it doesn't have any parallel ports for his printer
i bought an IEEE 1284 to USB cable off ebay and the cable arrived but its too big
the type connector type seems ok its just the port that connects at the back of the printer is a lot smaller
is there such thing as a mini IEEE 1284 or something (nothing came up on a search) or do i need another type of cable altogether
printer in question is a HP 1100 laserjet
