Printer Cartridges

This maybe in the wrong section, so move if it is, I just couldn't find any others that were relevant.

Where's the cheapest place to get printer cartridges from? Is it worth getting them refilled or does that depend on what type of cartridge it is?

So third party ones are not really worth it? I take it the genuine ones last longer?

I rang a well known printer cartridge company and they told me it would be £10 to refill a black ink cartridge, that was only £11 new.

Seems pointless...
