printer: cost affective dvd printing

i have been looking at the canon ip4300 for printing as is has the best dpi plus a dvd/cd printer (really need this) but also epson have some aswell and epson do the multipacks for the inks making them a lot cheaper, can anyone else recommend me other printers or is the ip4300 the best for the job, will be doing a lot of printing black and colour and printing direct onto dvd/cd's but want it to be cheap to run aswell. thanks in advance

Epson R320, use compatibles does the job superbly, or a Continous Ink System

Don't let dpi be the deciding factor to your choice of printer. As an axample normal A4 printer paper is rated at 300dpi at best. To buy say 4800dpi paper you would be paying a tidy sum per sheet.

I got the Epson R220 and its a cracker. £65 and compatables for £6 a full set with no problems for last 7 months works atreat.

Epson + CIS = print as much as you like for next to nowt.
