Printer issues

Evening

Just got a new cheap printer epson sx235w.

and a pack of cheap ink for a fiver from the bay, as i don't print very often.

problem is this....

Could this be due to the cheap ink? or what?

Any help much appreciated guys.

Hmmmm any way to check? should i just return the printer?

yeah i ran through they options a few times with no effect :/

did i hell, got no inks at all

So wondering whether the problem was with the printer itself or the inks to know where to go from here?
