Printer load balancing?

Is it possible??

If i was to connect 2 (or more) printers to 1 machine "print server" and then load the print queue is it possible to get them to pull jobs from the queue as they become free or do they need to be sent specifically to each printer?

Possible? Most certainly, I've seen it done.

I'd be interested in finding out how it's done though

you should be able to load balance from the queue

I dont have an MCSE nor am i likely to ever take it.I'm just a business man with a need to know stuff and administer our own setup at work and look for ways to improve it and increase efficiency
