Hi Guys,

Got a new printer yesterday and installed it as per instructions. However I can print but not scan..
When I look in device manager it says printer driver not started because previouse driver still in memory??

I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and tried different drivers. When I open Lexmark All In One center it says cannot comunicate with printer. But if I print using MS offcie its fine. Just scanning and few functions wont work..:(

Any ideas?

Or - if your up for it, go to reg32 and find any reference to the scanner and delete it, reboot, try again.
